Public Liability Insurance covers you for your legal liability for injury, illness or disease to any member of the public and loss of or damage to their property.

You can usually insure your business for a choice of 3 different levels of indemnity - £1,000,000, £2,000,000 and £5,000,000 so you can match the level of public liability insurance cover to your business needs.

Employers Liability Insurance protects your company against your legal liability for injury, illness or disease to any employee.

The usual limit of indemnity for this type of insurance is £10 million pounds in respect of all claims arising from one cause.

Owning your own company has its responsibilities as well as its rewards and it makes sense to protect your interests from expensive claims that could be seriously damaging to your business.

You should ensure that you are sufficiently covered for accidents involving members of the public and your own employees or their property. The way to do this is to take out a Liability Insurance Policy.
